Pre-Adoption Questionnaire - If you are serious and have decided to adopt an animal that you've seen on Facebook or Petfinder, you may complete this questionnaire prior to coming to our Saturday event. However, this DOES NOT GUARANTEE that you will be able to adopt this specific animal.
